Aspen Risk Management Limited (“ARML”) ceased renewing and issuing any new policies on behalf of Aspen Insurance UK Limited (“AIUK”) with effect from 1 July 2019.
AIUK policyholders whose policies were issued by ARML and who wish to submit a new claim should use the details below. Alternatively, if you have a query in relation to your policy, or if you have a query in relation to an existing claim, contact details are below.
All claims will continue to be handled in accordance with policy terms and conditions.

Sedgwick and Phoenix assumed full administration of all existing claims on ARML-issued business on behalf of AIUK, and will also administer and handle any new losses during the run-off period on behalf of AIUK.
