Frank started out in 1996 as an inland marine and property underwriter at Cigna Insurance in New York. Three years later he joined Chubb Insurance as a property, machinery and marine underwriter, before becoming a team leader for those business lines. Frank joined XL Re America in 2001 as a property facultative underwriter, where he was subsequently designated machinery breakdown referral for the domestic property facultative operation. He joined us in July 2007.
