Wiley started out with Royal Insurance in the Specialty Lines Division in 1981. Three years later he joined Arkwright Mutual – now FM Global – where he focused on high-hazard occupancies and Fortune 1000 accounts. Wiley then joined J Linneman & Co in 1994 for five years, writing property facultative reinsurance. He was then appointed manager of the Southeast branch after Wellington bought the company, moving in June 2007 to XL Insurance in Bermuda, where he was a vice president and senior property underwriter. He joined us in November 2009.
