Rhonda started her career in 1990 with Industrial Risk Insurers, underwriting domestic and international high potential risk business in the Utility and Aerospace division. She later joined XL Re America – formerly NAC Re – as a property facultative underwriter. Here Rhonda also assumed referral responsibilities for catastrophic perils, international risks and technical risks. Before joining us in November 2004, she was vice president and facultative underwriter at XL Re America in Atlanta, GA.
