Deborah began her career in 1991 with Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, working in the middle market property and casualty division. Two years later she joined XL Re America – formerly NAC Re – as a property facultative underwriter, and later a programme manager with responsibility for programme underwriting guidelines, automatic referrals, and branch audits, as well as producing a book of automatic business. She joined us in February 2005.
