Terri started out 22 years ago as a trainee underwriter in the commercial lines department of Fireman’s Fund. She joined Great American Custom as a senior underwriter in 1994 and was recruited by Arch as an assistant vice president in 2005. Terri joined us two years later as vice president to launch our property presence in California.
