Nick is responsible for our UK Insurance Claims Strategy. He joined us in 2003 as a senior claims adjuster and now specialises in liability, property and construction business lines. Nick also leads decision-making on large and complex claims management as well as technical referrals. He is Six Sigma certified and a change management specialist.
